Artificial Intelligence (AI) Research Guide

This guide is intended to support teaching and learning at the University of Guelph-Humber. It is a resource for both instructors and students.

The University of Guelph Statement on Artificial Intelligence Systems, ChatGPT, Academic Integrity, supports both the potential opportunities for the use of AI and the need to evaluate its potential threat to academic integrity.  

Ideally, Instructors will provide clear guidelines for students about the use of AI for coursework. The University of Guelph established these Provisional Recommendations for the Use of Generative AI. 

Students, please consult with your instructor about the use of AI tools related to coursework.
